I recently left my car with Simon Green for an MOT and when I phoned to enquire about the status later that day I was told it hadn't been done as my car key had been lost. Apparently it was left on the seat of a courtesy car which was then given to another customer.

So not only is there someone out there with the key to my car, but it was down to me to chase the garage an get updates as to whether they had found it or not. After three weeks of me chasing them they gave me very little in the way of a genuine apology and didn't seem overly bothered about the situation.

Needless to say they will not get any further custom from me and I'd warn against anyone else going near them.
